Prepare a date for yourself in this lockdown period with healthy and yummy Hummus Kebabs. It will take you just 10 minutes! Ingredients for 3 Hummus Kebabs: - 2 tablespoon of roasted groundnut - 1 Tablespoon of oil for shallow frying - Hummus made with half of the quantity of ingredients showcased in previous show Link to show: https://youtu.be/7LPyAFWcYjU Which means make hummus with 1/2 of the following ingredients: 1 cup Chickpeas (Safaed Chholay) 4 Tablespoon thick Yogurt Juice of 1.5 lime (nimbu) 10 garlic cloves 2 tablespoon salt 1 spoon roasted Cumin seeds (Jeera) 3 green chillies (optional) 1 tablespoon olive oil (optional) Recipe: - Roast groundnuts & crush them into halves - Spread Hummus on a heated pan to evaporate excess water - let the hummus cool - make kebab shapes & let them rest in freezer for 2 minutes - Heat a pan & pour the oil - place kebabs gently into the pan & let be for 30 seconds - Turn over the kebabs & wait for 30 seconds or until the kebabs are of dark golden brown color - plate them :) Health benefits of Hummus Kebabs: - Great source of Estrogen - Also a good source for: Potassium Dietary fiber Protein Vitamin C Calcium Iron Vitamin B-6 Magnesium Thank you for watching & I hope to see you again tomorrow .. until then my lovelies.. stay blessed, stay healthy, stay Happy!
